This beautiful, spotless house comfortably slept a family of five - very comfortable beds and plenty of linens and blankets. Great kitchen for cooking and plenty of seating. The host was wonderful and gave us local tips. The house is comprised of repurposed shipping containers and was expertly designed by the host with a deck viewing the water and mountains. We saw a few moose passing through the property. One of my favorite places we’ve stayed.

Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views in a quiet setting. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to make a great breakfast each day with the supplies that the host provided. Definitely a great value, given the relatively high cost of restaurant meals in Alaska. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable, safe, kind…and a wonderful dog that never barked and loved on me as long as I let her!
