The owner was friendly and was able to promptly give me the code to enter within minutes after I called. In addition, everything in the hostel felt very homey, from the setup of the living room, to the kitchen, and to the restroom. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were spotless, with new (or like new) appliances. The room was set up in an ergonomic way, with a clear path into the bedroom and spaces clearly delineated for storage and for sleeping.

Location, facilities, sleep quality! I shared a room with 3 other people and didn't hear them arrive or leave. I had easy 7 to 8 hours of sleep straight! I slept so good 10am is the check-out I woke up 10:30am my final day (i'm sorry! I rushed to check-out as soon as I realized) Location is amazing! Subway A, C, B, D any trains could take you anywhere in Manhattan to Brooklyn. I came to New York for a concert in Brooklyn and was at the venue within 30 minutes! Facilities is great too! Kitchen is sufficient, washroom always clean everyone is so respectful of your space. staff is super helpful too. i'm surprised they dont have a higher rating. One of the best hostels i've stayed at!

I loved my stay at this hostel. I arrived at 8 am which was much earlier than check-in time but they let me not only leave my bags but also take a hot shower and eat their delicious complimentary, all day breakfast. The pods were very comfortable. I loved the privacy it gave me unlike sleeping on a bunk in a crowded dormitory. Quiet hours from 8:30 pm to 8 am meant I could have a peaceful sleep without being disturbed by partying teens like in other hostels. The location was amazing. 15 mins walk from The Empire State Building and right next to a subway stop. Cannot ask for a more central place.

This uptown New York hostel is 1 block from Broadway Street and a 10-minute walk to Central Park. It features free Wi-Fi, a movie lounge, and a large patio.

It was great. Spacious room (for NYC standards), comfy bed, awesome staff. I didn't need to wait to use wc/bathroom. They were super clean, you can use various products from a dedicated drawer. Plus, you have a sink in your room, so it makes things go even smoother. Breakfast was splendid. I'm not used to eating donuts in the morning, lol, but I appreciated A LOT OF yummy fresh berries. I stayed only for one night and moved to another location - I regreted that plan! I'll be definitely booking this one for the whole trip when I come back to NYC

The Nolita Express Hotel is charming, unique and really affordable. The bathrooms were clean and the pods are really small, but they allow for some privacy – and they were also neat and clean. Staff was friendly. The location is awesome and the area feels safe and walkable.

If you visit NYC,this place is the best one.Especially,I really liked the gym part which consist of seperate rooms for each types of sports.The staff is really helpful and lovely! Next to Central Park is another bonus!
