Old fashioned class with all the moderation conveniences. Staff really friendly and helpful, lovely chill atmosphere, great food, perfect location. Arrived before official check-in time, expecting to have to negotiate leaving my bags, but was given room straight away without having to ask.

We are so thankful for Victor the evening receptionist he was a breath of fresh air! My mom walked in after a bad experience at best western he was very welcoming and pleasant and helped us. We booked thru booking.com but the reservation. Never came thru so he messaged his manager Jen and at 8-9pm she was answering him so we ended up paying for 1 night to just get in a room and feed my 8 month old. And get my 3 year old down for bed. Next morning the front lady was amazing (we are so sorry we forgot her name) and we met Mrs. Jen with her Friday morning and she said our booking still never came in so we did have to cancle thru booking and they contacted Mrs. Jen to help us out and we got it handled and paid for our stay thru the 4th. They had just opened to guest Tuesday the 26th of May but we were absolutely impressed the rooms were amazing we will be staying here each time we come up and anywhere else we travel will be looking for Hilton hotels.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. All of the staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. My room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the convenient shuttle service made navigating the city easy. It was simply a 10/10 experience.

Perfect location next to the Mall and Train station, strong wifi, friendly staff especially (Mackenzie and Duty Manager) was super helpful, top notch cleanliness

This is a beautiful hotel at a perfect spot in Providence, itself a really nice city worthy of visiting. We had a nice stay, the rooms were clean and spacious.

Cool boutique hotel in downtown Providence with easy access to the highway with surface parking lot right next door. Historic charm with a cool old school lift (that I went up and down in a few times before I figured it out!). Rayne was working the front desk when I checked in and they were awesome! Very positive, friendly and helpful. The overhead shower head made great use of the small space and there was plenty of hot water! The vibe of the building was calm and I slept very well (in both bunks)

I was traveling alone and I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and easily engaged. They greeted me with open arms, check on me when I returned from my day, and even walked me to the restaurant ( so I could find it easier)

Im such a fan of the Aloft Properties. The service, the layout, the convenience…clean, comfortable. Love. To make it absolutely perfect, to have continental breakfast would be prime.

we were here during the shooting at brown university and the hotel took every precaution possible. i sincerely appreciate the way they handled everything during the lockdown. the hotel was up to standards with quality rooms as well!

People were very nice and accommodating. When I was checking out I was waiting at the front desk and one of the housekeepers saw me and right away said, have you been helped and let me go and get someone for you.
