We liked the view of the river. We also liked proximity to Ruby Falls our destination. It felt more private than a Hampton Inn. Room was tastefully decorated and I liked the low entrance to the shower. With the rain on our first day there, the balcony was a great place for the wife to sit and read.

I loved all of the thoughtful details. Hair dryer, flat iron and curling iron was a great touch! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was nice to have all of those little details plus plenty more available.

    The young lady at the front was helpful. It is a budget hotel so not fancy but was clean and linens and towels we bright white and new. Liked tile floor instead of carpet especially as we had a dog. It was a good size room- ground floor 2 beds. There was an ice machine in the hall and a fridge in the room.

    Very clean, staff was nice and very polite with my service dog, breakfast was decent and very modern for a budget motel! Definitely staying here again if I find myself in Chattanooga again

    I was pleasantly surprised at how very nice the motel was because it was cheaper than the room we rented on our way south. It has just reopened after renovation and it is lovely. The clerk on duty the evening of Weds Jan 31 was so kind...even after I was not so nice on the phone trying to find it! I apologized to her.
