I selected this b&b for the location, but everything about it exceeded my expectations. It was charming, clean, comfortable and just had that extra something that makes a stay memorable. Maybe it was the dogs, the gardens, or the delicious breakfast. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Tina, the host, was absolutely a doll! She left us notes on how exactly to get in and where our room would be, along with prior conversations on parking. The area was quiet and with a convenient store across the street made it easy to get anything we missed while packing. The room (honestly, the house as a whole) was clean and well maintained, you feel homily as you walk in. Breakfast was delicious, even though we only attended one breakfast out of our two mornings, we were disappointed we wanted more sleep. There were stacks of games and movies, lounge areas, and a very kid-welcoming atmosphere (we did not have kids with us). This is the spot to stay at! I would recommend staying here to anyone, family or individuals, and will be booking here for my next trip.

Clean, cozy, and equipped with all amenities, the place is conveniently close to everything in downtown Albany. It is located in a safe area. The owners are nice and responsive. Parking is accessible. It is definitely a good place!

Well taken care of place. Spacious room, good mattress, great bathroom. We appreciated the availability of coffee and tea, milk and a couple of water bottles. Nice mugs and real glasses, not plastic or paper. Attention to these details made our stay very nice.

Luke's BnB is located in Albany, just a 18-minute walk from University of Albany SUNY and 1.3 miles from Capitol Building.
