The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The place had its own privacy and it felt like a home not a hotel/motel. The place was fenced in and it felt more safe. Decent amount of night lights to see the place at night. Washer and dryer was available. The whole place was furnished. When we arrived it smelled cleaned and looked amazing.

-Location was great. You could literally walk to the beach. -a/c worked very well -water pressure in the shower was just right -all appliances worked -no bugs , dead or alive -bed was very comfortable -had a Keurig -had extra blankets/towels/soap/cleaning supplies etc. -needed to get in touch with someone and the property manager wasn’t available (to be fair it was a Sunday) but I was able to email the owners and they got back to me within the hour. -gym was nice and a decent size. -pool and hot tub were nice to use when the beach was crowded. -loved the assigned parking so you don’t have to worry about where you’re going to park. -had about 99% of everything we needed -looks just like the pictures

This place is amazing. It’s spacious, plenty of room for everyone, nice furnishings and interior styling, nice deck and pool with the added bonus of privacy, beautiful views, welcoming ambiance. We felt like we were home. We didn’t want to say goodbye.

The place is very cozy and the host provides everything you need. It is also walking distance to the beach and has great amenities, pool, workout root, picnic areas, and a small fishing pond.
