I liked the way how the staff immediately addressed my concerns about the lock on the back door not working, which is a safety issue. The location is great and the breakfast was good. I was traveling alone and felt very secure coming in and out of the hotel.

Convenient location, well-appointed layout, very clean room, comfortable bed, and great breakfast. My only concern was the slippery bathtub, even with the handrails. I think they should add non-slip pads in the tub.

I like most the location where the hotel is and the fact that you can get a lot of stores pharmacies and attractions so you can walk around the area and feel safe what I did not like was the false advertising of their attraction I could not wait to leave I book another hotel elsewhere because my bad experience in the courtyard hotel.

This hotel was a complete disappointment.
This hotel was a complete disappointment. It seems to operate as a drug rehabilitation center, with homeless men sitting out front and standing along the side of the building. I didn't feel safe walking to my room, and when I got inside, I saw roaches scrambling around. I was so disausted that I couldn't even stay the night. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel my reservation, but I definitely won't be returning. And if your reading this please take note.

The pool was very dirty and cold, despite being in Florida. It could have been heated, and there was no bathroom inside the pool either. I also requested a late checkout after booking, and they only gave me 20 minutes.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Miramar! The room was clean and refreshed perfectly each day, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience. I especially appreciated the quality of the shampoo and body wash—such a nice touch! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The American breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Plus, the hotel is well located, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment easily accomodated the 8 members of our family. Directions received for checking in were complete and easy to follow. Plenty of linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses utensils, etc. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Located close to major streets and easy to get around the area.

This hotel doesn't live up to the Hilton name. The carpets are old and dirty. The room smells of humidity, and we couldn't adjust the AC temperature. Breakfast is very poor. The staff is excellent. They do their best. We stayed for two nights, but our room wasn't cleaned. I won't be back because the price-performance ratio is poor.

The service at this hotel is outstanding—everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Traveling with my cat, I appreciated the warm reception we received. The location is convenient and safe, with great facilities. The breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The location was great for me, the balcony room (when I managed to get it) was great. There was one staff at the reception who was amazing and kind, Margie, everyone should learn from her. For short stay or overnight stay the hotel is good.
