The coziness over all and conveniency to where I was meeting during my duration there. The apartment the simply beautiful.

Everything was perfect any questions we had we called and she delivered anything we needed help with. The owner was very nice and kind. The place looks even better and bigger in person as well as in pictures. Very spacious and not cluttered. Definitely would book again

This accommodation is really perfect (especially for family or groups), and located near the downtown and UChicago area. It's really spacious, has a proper kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, utensils, and stove, even though we're not really use that. It has three bedroom and two restroom, and I think it is really perfect for 6-7 people stays. I really recommend this accommodation to my friends and colleague who come to Chicago. Btw, this accommodation also have wifi, netflix, hbo max, and smart tv in every room. The owner also very responsive, they responded to my messages very quickly and they give a clear instruction on how to check-in or check out. Thank you for your services!

Our family was very Happy about the property. Past reviews did leave some apprehensions, however it was not a secret and or issue for us. We did go on a walk the night we arrived around 8 PM. To get a feel of the place. It’s what it says it is Urban Oasis, locals although not overly friendly we’re respectful with typical pleasantries given in such a situation. “Hello, how are you” kinda stuff We have lived in larger metropolitan city before so had been accustomed to the city night noises which had been nothing unusual or alarming. Location was great! The train was in some type repair however if wasn’t we would have definitely taken advantage of it Nothing but positive vibes for this place!

Wonderful size and comfort and easy to grab an Uber too and from into Chicago. Rail station is also close by. Host was amazing from the moment we arrived and we could not fault anything.

This home is AWESOME, homely interior decorations, great flat-screen TVs in all rooms! A jewel in the midst of central Chicago. Great location; the ambience and neighborhood were quiet and very reserved. The home was neat and well taken care of. I particularly loved the rooms and the bed decorations. The staff were very courteous and responsive, they were easily reachable and offered help and information as often as we needed it. A few window blinds were broken on the back door patio area (it was being fixed as we were leaving), but really, that took nothing away from what this home was for me and my family and friends, and we sure will be back again.
