The owner was available and very helpful for anything we needed. The location is very convenient and in a great neighborhood.

The place is gorgeous and relaxing, as evidenced by the sunrise. We stayed there for our trip to LA and loved it. The washer and dryer were nice, and Target Drive was about 5 minutes away. There is a balcony on the top floor that would be great for morning coffee. Also, the bed was amazing. Our car was stolen in Long Beach, and she was very accommodating and empathetic about reentering the lodging past midnight, as our keys were inside the vehicle. Not once did she have negative things to say or fail to respond. In short, the place was beautiful, the host was very caring, and the gated garage helped ease security concerns. Thank you Kelly for this amazing stay.

Location was amazingly convenient to everything I wanted to do and see in LA. I swear, the bed and the linens have some magical property - had the best sleep of MY LIFE for each of the three nights that I was there. Easy parking, abundant snacks, and every possible thing that you might have forgotten within reach (including hydrogen peroxide in the bathroom, books to exchange or take, charging cables on both sides of the bed). An amazing and unexpected gem of a place that truly stands out in terms of uniqueness. The stay was part of the LA experience!

Meysum my host went out of his way to provide a 2nd long table for me to work at in addition to the dining room table. It was a perfect space to work in. He greeted me on arrival and walked me through personally, with his cell number and another in case I needed anything. Its a small house, modernized with a large bedroom, big closet, narrow bathroom with shower. The living room had a 2nd bed , 2 comfortable couches, wiith a kitchen area...large frig, 2 burners and microwave with pans and utensils to cook and eat. Bring your own spices though.. The cooling/heating system was very responsive and with windows made it super easy to make it comfortable in the space. An exercise bike was a nice surprise. The only thing I would improve on is a topper for mattress. It was okay but could use a softer topping. Plenty of comfortable pillows, towels, products, etc. It is on a busy 4 lane city street but there was parking on that street. So garden is in front and noisy. House relatively quiet but not a retreat. All in all I would recommend for service, location and neighborhood near Valley attractions.

Convenient, clean, well-stocked/appointed, reasonably priced, attentive owner, comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and if we needed anything else I am confident it would have been provided.
