Breakfast was top notch! Proximity to great restaurants/bars was outstanding. If you are into watching the sun rise, just walk down to the corner and take a quick right. Sheer beauty!

The location was perfect! Close enough to downtown Edgartown to walk, and with enough parking to be able to park right out in front of our room every day. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and a woman from the front desk assisted us with connection issues with our TV on the first day. Overall a very positive experience!

The room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Only down fall was breakfast wasn’t available and no available coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay here again, but bring my own coffee to brew in the room. We had to switch rooms after the first night because my husband and I could not get used to a double bed. But the staff was understanding and immediately found us another room. Seeing both units they were both excellent. The decor is so warm and friendly.

The Lemonade Stand was beautiful. The property was tucked away in a magical forest and was perfect for us and the dogs. The house was very unique and we just loved our stay. Highly recommend and we would love to come back. Thank you.

When I booked, I noticed that the property had received very positive reviews but my thoughts were, “how nice can a 3 star be?” The answer : very nice. The room was wonderful. Quiet, comfortable, very well decorated and appointed, beautiful bathroom and the complimentary cookies were to die for. And the breakfast was ridiculously good. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly.
