Perfect location. The staff and service was fantastic, especially Lily, who helped with very well priced airport transfers and any other requests we had. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the whole feel of the hotel, breakfast, everything was excellent. We fully recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

I loved everything about this hotel,location was centre of the town,kiem lake was near.Breakfast had many varieties,staff were very humble and welcoming,not to forger Ruby who managed my halong bay tour and ninh binh tour which was very amazing and perfect,I would definitely recommend to do tour with Ruby and her price was best, They used to clean room everyday,they used to change towel and amenities everyday. Would definitely comeback again

Everything was perfect and more than we expected. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was clean and we even got a free upgrade, so we enjoyed our view from the 7th floor. We felt very welcome and surely we will come back to TrangTrang Hotel next time we are in Hanoi. Special shoutout to Emma and Ella who were extremely friendly and mindful of our requests. They even gave us recommendations of what to do in Hanoi and tought us Vietnamese words 😊

Really great, hospitable staff members. Porter was waiting every night in the lobby. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great amenities. I loved Vietnamese coffee. The shower gel and shampoo were nice quality. Breakfast was nice with good choices. The location was perfect , next to the market and walking distance till main attraction places.

The Hotel is located at the Old Quarter, it's just 5 minutes walk going to the Hanoi train Street.. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating.There are also some good restaurants around the area. They also offer some tours at a reasonable price.. Highly recommended.. Will definitely stay again.
