Some of the most friendly staff that we encountered on our travels. Breakfast each morning was.good and started at 630 was nice for our early morning starts. In a (relatively) quieter part of Hanoi which was a relief after 5 nights in the thick of it. Because of that, we found all the coffee shops and food incredible and filled with locals and we were still a nice walk away from the busy French Quarter.

The hotel is brand new and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us organize our trips, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Where to begin… our stay at CLASSYC Hotel made our trip. It was absolute perfection, Jennie and the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place has a great vibe and is clean and beautiful. Not to mention the included BREAKFAST!! This was a huge perk and the food was really delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Lovely stay. The area is safe and quiet. Hotel location is perfect. Helpful and attentive staff especially Luna at the reception. Great deal for Tour and Pick-up service by private car. All good!

I have good time at Victor gallery hotel & restaurant. Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. We loved this hotel so much.
