One of the best hotels I've stayed at this year -- largely because of the staff, room and location. As literally the only decent hotel in the area of the ruins, I'd expected it to be pretty packed. But My Son is a bit off the beaten path, so it was pretty empty. And yet...the staff both in the evening and morning had amazing energy, made me feel super welcome, greeted me at the door coming in, and walked me to the other side when I was on the way to the ruins...every time. Some of the most charming people you'll meet in Vietnam all seem to be working at this hotel! The room was also way beyond my expectations. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It was spacious, with a view over the pool. And that shower...just as with my hotel in Hoi An...all brass fixtures in the rainforest shower -- so classy, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for your stay. And a shout out to the morning staff -- the worker guys started up fairly early that morning by the pool (Things in Vietnam start basically once there's daylight). I had worked until almost 3am in my room, so I really needed some sleep...I called down to reception to complain...and I honestly didn't expect much. But wow. Within two minutes...silence. And the lead reception staff working when I went...almost late...to breakfast, apologized for the noise and told me they had made sure it would be quiet until I got up. I mean, in what hotel on earth have you ever had that level of customer service? Never, for me. This was just amazing. So my genuine thanks for what ended up being a good sleep. Ok, finally -- the location. The entrance to the road that heads up to the My Son Sanctuary is maybe 200m up the road...then it's about a two minute drive up to the actual ruins area. I went both yesterday evening and this morning. So the proximity was great. Really fantastic stay. Thanks so much!

The staff is extremely professional they are running the hotel as they are running Marriott, Melia chain hotels. Congratulations to their education and energy. Despite of many places in Vietnam staff speaks very well english. The location of hotel is perfect just at old town and not busy area. Breakfast is fair enough open buffet with all needed. An Italian chef managing Italian restaurant is attached to the hotel. Pizzas are wood oven made and Neapolitan. Spa was good and competitive priced. Rooms are having all you need.

Hotel is on so so nice, good location, nice swimming pool, clean restroom, great staffs, good breakfast. The staff named Tracy is very helpful, she suggested me to do activities in Hoi An, I am so thankful.

From the early beginning we came to HY hotel we felt absolutely welcomed by the best recepcionist Min. She have explained us details about the accommodation, the centrum of Hoi An, all activities and trips you can book even trough the hotel. The best about this place was the atmosphere. Really warm and friendly. The recepcionist were making sure how are you all the time and even asking how was your day and what's your plans. Besides this, room by itself was very beautiful, cozy and reminding us home. With all cute decoration + also good equipped with AC, hair dryer, cosmetics like shower gel and shampoo, clothes hanger. You can also take a bottles of cold water to your room or prepare coffee absolutely for free. We really love this place. Thank you! Totally recommend :)

An amazing stay in total! Lee was a great host, we felt very welcomed! Location is perfect and the room very spacious and comfortable. WiFi excellent too. Could not ask for something better! Thank you Lee and keep it up!

Everything about Nghe Prana is fabulous 😍. The location is probably the best in Hoi Ann with breath taking views of the river and the distant mountains. Property is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. But the highlight are the people who manage the property.. Yumi along with the entire team were super helpful and went out of their way to make our stay in Hoi An a memorable one.

Ms Ling was very helpful and friendly. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. Good location to the old town. We walked everywhere. Interconnecting rooms for our family of four was great.

The location is excellent, not too far from the action, but not in the chaos. Quiet, clean and the staff is wonderful. Hong Hanh one of the hosts was kind enough to make good recommendations and even take us to the family food stand outside the village. It was a wonderful and unique experience. We were also fortunate to have them help us with laundry, tours and airport pickup. Totally recommend it!
