The staff was super friendly. We arrived at 7 am in the morning with an overnight bus and they gave us the room immediately without extra charge. Breakfast was also very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Can recommend to everybody.

We booked the room with the massage included. The room, location, breakfast and staff were all amazing. However, the massages by Phuoc, Hung and Thu were incredible. A brilliant experience. Thank you so much everybody at Senna Hue Hotel!

Laura and her family are very welcoming. They want to make sure that your trip is as easy as possible. Breakfast is good, room is nice, location is close to the streets with restaurants and bars, the citadel is about 30 minutes walking (the walk alongside the river is nice!).

Absolutely brilliant service from all staff. Ruby in particular - she welcomed us with cold towels and fresh mango juice when we arrived. She sat down with us with a map and then clearly explained and wrote down our itinerary and costs for our 1.5 days there. The hotel had communicated really well - by email directly (then WhatsApp) - what we might like to do and arranged our trips and our driver for the airport. So professional. Lovely clean room and bathroom. I found the bed a bit hard on the first night so they added a mattress topper. Free tea, coffee and bananas were available all day. The location was good for local restaurants. Amazing breakfast £2.50 for as much as you wanted from their menu, served to your table (no scrum for a buffet!). Reception area gives a really good impression - nicely decorated and smiling reception staff. Oh and they asked me if I'd like to borrow a hat! Unbelievable service for such a good price, I don't know how they do it.
