I liked everything about my stay. The place is very well maintained and the decoration and atmosphere are very good. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean and the bed is super comfortable, I spent a wonderful night. The bathroom is also very clean, even being a shared bathroom. I really liked the co-working space where I could spend a few hours working.

Always staying at Mai House when coming to Saigon, once again the experience was good. Appreciated that this time the staff anticipated my liking by giving me a corner room that is more bright. As usual, the colonial style is nice to see, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the Vietnamese food of the in-room service is good. There is some small steps being made by the hotel to provide more sustainable & environmental friendly single-use goods over the years, which is quite important for me & for an hotel of this standing, continue the efforts!

The location is superb. The staff are all very kind and professional. I loved the rooftop bar/swimming pool, a little respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was great too. Good bed and everything you need is there.

The best hotel we stayed in of our one month of discovering Vietnam. The sauna and jacuzzi in the room plus big projector was amazing combination. It’s really affordable and easily reachable with Grab. The reception works great, speaks enough English and lets you stuff or weight your luggage. We are super amazed with this place and wish to could stay here longer!

We had an amazing experience here. The buffet food is great with lots of options, rooftop pool and bar service is very welcoming and the view of the city and river at night is breathtaking. The hotel staff are very helpful. My father had a day where he was feeling ill from flu and when I asked Micky at the front door where I could find something to help his upset stomach, he quickly found someone to make us some ginger tea and delivered it to our room which settled my father's stomach once he woke from his nap. Mickey (and any other staff we approached) answered any questions that we had and if they didn't have an answer for us, they did some work/research to find one for us. Yes the lobby is in renovation at the moment but the staff still helped my father walk down the side ramp, greeted us with a place to sit, cold drinks and organized our luggage to the room for us. Who needs to spend a lot of time in a lobby anyway? The room was very comfortable and the location is great with lots of great food within a block of walking. I highly recommend booking here and we will return for a short stay before flying back to Canada.
