One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful in every way. The location is excellent and close to amenities. The rooms have a modern and elegant style. I hope to return again. Greetings from the Sultanate of Oman.

24Hours check in, very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet room, good staff, Good value for such comfort, very tasty breakfast, drink water in room, good location, easy to find, highly recommended!

Altogether, I stayed two nights. The staff—Zane, Jehon, Berger, Ibrahim, Anita—were excellent and always amenable to helping; they were very pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable. I slept extremely well. The room and bathroom were large and well-appointed. I did not avail myself of the gym and the pool, but wow! It was all top-notch.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely arranged.

City Inn is a tony little establishment right in the heart of Pristina. I stay here regularly on frequent business trips to the capital. The staff are always courteous and helpful. The morning breakfast combines a buffet with cook-to-order eggs. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Everything is right at City Inn.

Great experience from start to finish! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, main sights, and great restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were amazingly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with local recommendations. Fantastic value for money given the location and service. Clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Highly recommend when visiting Kosovo!
