GermanyI had a very welcoming first night in Ballito at Villapeur – Christine and the team were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was small but comfortable for a one-night stay, and the property is peaceful with a nice pool, parking, and just across the street from the beach. There are also several good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, but overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

South AfricaWe had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each morning. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed. The infinity pool was a highlight — absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery and incredible views.
The property felt very secure and safe, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay.
The location was also very convenient and close to all the places we wanted to visit, making it the perfect base for our trip.
We would happily stay here again.

Ballito is the perfect beach destination.
Ballito is the perfect beach destination. It's developed enough to be convenient but laid back enough for you to have a great holiday. The beaches are beautiful. A must-visit site is the Hole in the Wall at Thompson's Bay.

Beautiful beaches.
Beautiful beaches. Walking distances to Malls, restaurants and beaches. Visiting from Johannesburg safety was one of our main concerns. We found Ballito to be very safe and we felt free to enjoy our holiday instead of worrying

Flag Farm is a really must visit - especially for families...
Flag Farm is a really must visit - especially for families with young children. We went out of season so it wasn't too busy and because we were based right on the beach didn't have to travel far in the car so avoided traffic. Plenty of local shops to meet shopping requirements.

It was enjoyable, not to busy and it was a peaceful , even at night.
We travelled around the area, visited the beach, enjoyed the seating at the beach area, and good space for parking, with the resturants close to beach.

Ballito is well developed, clean and a friendly, helpful area. The lifeguards are helpful and informative. The beaches are clean and well kept. Restaurants serve interesting mouthwatering cuisines. The CBD is within reach.
However, I've been scammed by 3 different facilities, Ballito Bay Holiday Apartment, Villa Roc Guesthouse and the worst is Ballito Self Catering. The latter does not exist. They are scam of note. Dont understand how they made it to Booking.com list

•Excellent location, literally next door to Capital Hotel. You can access the hotel pools (for FREE!), and also enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner there
•Partial ocean views from your balcony
•The kitchenette is well equipped
•Monkeys (unfortunately) are a reality of staying at Zimbali. But because this unit is fairly high up on the 5th floor, they bother you less.
•The host was lovely, efficient, & a good communicator

We had a great experience at the hotel - i travelled with my daughter who is 12 and we loved the experience. I moved rooms for one night because i extended the stay. Room 806 was great , its pretty small so wouldn't recommend for a long stay but the time we were there it was great. the next room being 202 had the most gorgeous view and we were in a great position at the hotel. The staff were fantastic.

I liked that because it is a boutique hotel, the attention feels personal. From checking in, I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable.
The room I was given was really luxurious and spacious. I also had a balcony and access to the outside deck.
The food was fresh and really tasty.
The location is awesome. I walked to the beach and also enjoyed good walks around the area.
