The area experienced an unexpected power outage, this caused extreme stress as we were attending a family wedding and needed power in order to get ready for the various wedding events. Larita was so helpful to assist us in moving rooms so that we could have access to the generator for power. On Sunday morning at 5am Larita went out of her way to start the generator so that we could get ready for the wedding. I would like to Thank Larita, the staff and owners of Bergbau Haus Guest House for helping us and for a pleasant stay.

I loved everything about this special property along with the owner, Ronel, and her helper, Betty and the really wonderful homemade breakfasts. I enjoyed walking the property as well as sitting on the stoep drinking my morning coffee, reading, and just sitting and staring at the beautiful view, flowers, birds, hens, and lambs.
