Despite my short visit, I'm already looking forward to returning. The location is superb, exceptionally well-equipped (complete with Netflix and HBO) and was flawlessly clean. The host's guidance and recommendations greatly enhanced my experience. Would highly recommend!

The location is excellent, very close to NDK and to Vitosha boulevard, on a side street with plenty of shops and cafes in the area and lots of nice houses and trees. The apartment itself is more spacious than I expected, with all the facilities one may require for a vacation and very cozy. Wifi also available. The area is very quiet at night, as it is not a main street. Everything was clean and welcoming. Bonus points for the parking, as it is extremely difficult to find parking in the center area and it is usually time limited. Extra bonus points for being pet friendly :) Next time I am in Sofia, I will definitely choose to stay here, if available.

We had the double room with a balcony for 1 night (for couples) - It's in the heart of the city, everything is very close to you - The price is perfect, and no prepayments are needed - The host immediately contacts you and is very helpful even tho he doesn't speak English. I was able to leave my luggage behind for the last day so that we could enjoy our hiking trip - The mattress was soft and comfortable

The water boiler has only sometimes hot watter. The water was always low warm. The hairdryer was also low warm. No dishwasher, no Kaffeemaschine nor toaster. The kitchen was perfect under all very clean . The Place is directly one the park and mall is some small places got by your food
