I like the overall ambiance. I like the color combinations. I like the choice of furniture, including the utensils. I like that everything was well prepared. The unit was also in a good spot. The host was also very responsive to my questions especially when I had a hard time opening the lock.

The facility was clean and well stocked. Everything went great. Fantastic shower. Comfortable bed. Communication was great all during the process. 10 out of 10

All you need apartment! Big bed, tv with Netflix, nice bathroom and balcony. You have everything you need close by, and if you just want to chill one day they have restaurants down stairs.

The place is so clean smells fresh and comfy plus the location is near to every establishment you wish to go to..quiet and friendly staff as well!

First and foremost the Host is very kind. Anything that you will ask her, she will gave answers promptly. Second, the place is very clean. You can consider this place as a second home since it’s very comfortable to stay. The guards and the receptionists they were also very kind, they’re always willing to assist you every time your asking around the area. I am traveling with my two kids and they’re also comfortable in this place. We are very Happy. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful place.

Excellent value apartment. Ideal for short stay just a few minutes taxi ride to the airport (150pesos) and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good facilities in pool amd gym. But beware if you stay over a Monday the pool is closed for weekly maintenance. Very comfortable bed Hot water They changed the kettle which was great. Netflix and wifi all great. Couldn't hear building maintenance Staff friendly and helpful

I just got back home to the US from my latest visit in the Philippines. As an adopted son to the country (lol), I figured I'd try a new place to stay this time around, as my usual hotel/condo stomping grounds are nearby. The property is absolutely amazing, as a resort. It essentially has a full-on beach as its back yard & has everything on-campus. I even love the trek toward the property, as you get to pass through "locals life" before arriving to this amazing slice of Heaven tucked away. The unit was phenomenal - it looks as great in-person as it does in the photos. Sometimes, that's not always the case, but this was as great as advertised. Opulent, bright, comfortable, spacious, with a breathtaking view of the sea from the balcony. It's amazing at sunrise. The keyless remote entry was a fabulous touch, as not all units in the tower have this. Not to mention, the TV is absolutely outstanding. I wanted to bring it back to the US with me. :) George, the property owner, is phenomenal & does whatever it takes to make you feel welcome & taken care of. In my case, the airline misrouted my luggage & I was initially without my things for the first 3 days of my stay. George, through his caretakers who were equally helpful, volunteered to go out & bring me some of the essentials I'd need (tooth brush, toothpaste, deodorant, as well as some stuff for the fridge) to hold me for a few days until my luggage arrived, so I could begin doing my own shopping. They didn't have to do that, but it shows their dedication to ensuring your needs are met & your stay is effortless. I would absolutely recommend the stay. To anyone who books this place after this, take care of this man's place. Lots of light-colored furnishings that can cause the need for cleaning -- so show the place the care it deserves.
