Condos in Austin

The gated entrance, neighborhood was a little sketchy with homeless people. Noticed a presence of more police officers in the area and the gated entrance was a plus.

The location was perfect for exploring Austin city. The size of the property m, cleanliness and facilities were fantastic. The pool area was lovely and coffee shop next to lobby was was really nice and perfect for getting breakfast in the morning before setting off for the day.

The location was perfect, it was only 6 minutes from the Moody Center so the Lyfts we took were about $12 each way for an xl ride. There was a coffee shop right next door and a few restaurants on the same block. The views were so pretty and had so much space for lounging outside. We didn’t cook while there but they had everything needed to cook. There were a lot of couches and chairs for lounging, the beds were comfy. There was a lot of linens and towels if needed, and a cot! We loved our modern the space was and how big it was. Absolutely recommend this place.

Very close to everywhere I needed to be. Nice to have a 7/11 close by. Loved being right next to the boardwalk. Cozy bed and couch. I saw bats take off at sunset from the river walk!

Spacious and clean property. Convenient location to downtown and close to restaurants. We didn’t use the sauna or pickleball court. Management very responsive.
