I’ve stayed in the Bluewaters Buildings multiple times, and the experience has always been positive. My most recent apartment had a stunning view, especially in the evening. The sight of Ain Dubai lit up at night, and the surrounding city skyline was truly impressive. The apartment was spacious, with access to a pool and gym, making it even more convenient. You can also enjoy the beach by purchasing a day pass at nearby hotels like Delano or Banyan Tree - both just a 5 min walk away. It's worth mentioning that the price is lower than nearby hotels.
