There are two villas on the property, and we booked the wooden one, which exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children, and the villa had more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. A real highlight for us was the children’s room. It’s beautifully designed with so much care and taste — it honestly feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The kids absolutely loved it, and for us as parents it was a big plus to see how thoughtfully everything was arranged for families.

The property is really bug and comfortable. Equipped with everything that you will need during the stay. The host is kind and welcoming, even suggesting to pick you up from the airport. The location is close to airport but at the same time it will take you 15 minutes to reach the city centre by car/taxi. Taxi is cheap in Yerevan so this will be a cheap solution.
