Fascinating views to Byurakan gorge and non stop sound of river. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, new renovation. Breakfast was great with 2 hot dishes, jams and greens although too much amount of food per person, I think.

The hosts, Martin and Ani, are very kind and go out of their way to make everyone feel at home and welcome. The location is peaceful and beautiful with amazing views of the Amberd river valley and mountains. Everything is provided for guests to make their stay comfortable. We will miss waking up and looking out of the big windows on the mountains. It is a perfect place to relax and get away from the city!

Amazing room, a great bang for your buck and a great place to stay if you're visiting or hiking Aragats. The family who runs the guesthouse were very gracious and took me around to the church nearby, great hospitality. The room I stayed in was HUGE and most importantly clean. Would stay here again!

It's really nice here with all the cottage renovations and upgrades. They now have 2 beautiful bathrooms downstairs. They are very clean and beautifully decorated. They also now have 2 new aircon units. The beds have new sheets and they are super comfortable to sleep in. They fixed up the kitchen to be fully working. They have all new windows and window screens. The fiber internet was fast and reliable. The owners invested a lot of money into the property and it shows. The outside garden was beautiful with nice lights at night. The atmosphere was quite magical. The host, as always, was super friendly and caring, and gave us fruits several times to snack on. She also gave me a few gifts at checkout, as well as give the girls some beautiful flowers from the garden to take home. We also had some special requests, some of which seemed a bit too much to ask for, but we were desperate. We added a few visitors for the day and the host had no problem at all accepting our inquiry. I think it's time to raise your prices, because this is a STEAL at the current listed prices for a room there. This wasn't our first stay here, but it was by far the best stay after so many enhancements were made to the property. You will see us again, and I wish you well.

A very cozy and welcoming guesthouse that stands out thanks to its unique interior. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and everything is exceptionally clean. The host, Armen, is very friendly and attentive, making sure guests feel comfortable from arrival to departure. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Nice hosts, comfy bed, warm in the room (maybe too much, but you can always open window). Dinner and breakfast provided, even though the breakfast is quite basic, good though and plenty.

The hosts are very kind. The room was comfortable and clean. The wifi worked well. Location is good if you're going to Kari Lake or Mt Aragats.

Clean property with excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ararat Terrace House. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is convenient, and the terrace provides a stunning view that makes mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Great value for money—we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
