Cottages in Spitak

To be honest, it's very hard to rate this place properly because it's very different from a regular hotel. It's a very remote and secluded place, its name literally translates as 'Far away from the world'. Its location can be both a blessing and a curse. So here's a quick overview. 1) Great host. The owner of the complex is helpful, talkative and overall very nice. In addition, he has a degree in medieval history and works at the local university, so be sure that you'll have something to talk about if you want to. 2) Location. It's far away from the town, and the nature here is amazing. There are several ponds with fish on-site. There are mountains and forests nearby. Perfect if you want to take a break from civilization. Great for hiking, exploring and overall chilling. 3) Dogs. As this is basically a forest home, several dogs live here both as guards and as pets. They are very friendly to humans.

Beautiful, spotless house in a stunning natural setting — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including activities for children. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

It was very good equipped house with a wonderful views. Hosts were very nice , ready to help any moment.

I stayed at Eco Park Resort for the first time. The serene location amidst lush greenery provided the perfect escape. My room was clean and comfortable with stunning views. Most importantly it’s away from villages and cities. Food at the on-site restaurant and the beautiful garden were excellent too. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing, eco-friendly family retreat.

Very clean, fresh, well furnished and cozy house with wonderful view not far from Dendropark. The house was equipped with all the necessities. We spent a lovely time there and will definitely be back!

The appartment was clean and safe, the host was very nice and helpful. Sure will be back to stay some more days in Stepanavan 😌
