The location was on the far edge of America River but it was directly across from the water and had lovely views. The bathroom had just been updated and it had new flooring . Lovely and clean .

    The location couldn’t be any better for KI. It’s so close to the ferry terminal, making arrival and departure easy breezy, but at the same time Island Beach (one of the best swimming beaches on the island) is literally right next to it, a 2 minute walk. The fireplace and outdoor bathtub were LUSH especially for this bizarre winter-in-summer weather. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever witnessed at a holiday house, from all spices to a delicious free wine and sodastreamer, there was nothing to miss. Don’t hesitate to book here.

    the location was close to a beach, close to Penneshaw for supplies and the ferry. other cabins around, but still a good level of privacy. the location made getting to other parts of the island a breeze too.

    Good location, near Penneshaw ferry terminal, and beach is walking distance. Is clean, and tidy. Good variety of condiments, and kitchen utensils. Host is responsive; issues with the cabin was fixed the next day.
