Breakfast not included as this was self catering. Everything was wonderful, so well appointed, loved the take on the address, 10 Shilling Street and the references to it in the property. Perfectly located within the village. Will recommend it to everyone.

The rooms in this property are all immaculate and the decor is modern and tasteful. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The kitchen facilities are excellent - there is a great coffee machine and of course a huge array of fresh loose leaf teas to try. The provided scones were a welcome treat and made us feel at home. There is a washing machine which was very helpful for us and the living room has a large TV with Netflix. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Such a fun location right at the centre of Sudbury and a wonderfully converted space. We loved the loft bedroom with lots of light from windows. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine - do note there's an outside clothesline only to dry clothes. The hosts were so kind and helpful. A great stay for us!
