The view of the hotel is absolutely stunning! Sadly we are only staying for one night. We have a nice view from our room, and even a surprising sunset view from the toilet! We had dinner before heading to the hotel, but I instantly regretted it because the menu looks attractive and you could sit outside and look at the great view. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Amazing Location of an exceptional property. Serene and Peaceful Place. The views from the house are just awesome. Witnessing Sunrise and Moonrise on a rear clear skies of Lake District was just Blissful. Bedroom in the Attic and view from its roof window is out of the world experience on starry night. Returned with awesome memories and hope to return soon.

Lovely warm, comfortable and welcoming cottage in the lovely Thornthwaite. Bed was super comfy and cottage had everything to make our stay a one to remember. Just outside Keswick and at the foot of Whinlatter makes this a perfect place to base to explore the northern lakes.
