Excellent facilities! The photos do not do this place justice, it’s much larger than I had anticipated. Great open plan living space with a laundry room and large downstairs shower room. Private garden and veranda to keep dogs in too. 3 bedrooms upstairs comprising of CLEAN comfortable beds and bathroom. The whole place is exceptionally clean and much thought has gone into ensuring you have a pleasant stay. Great games room with darts, pool table, table football, board games and a piano high my daughter was pleased with. Also a sharing shed FULL of beach equipment ie body boards, wetsuits etc and bbqs. They’ve thought of everything and the beach is a 15 min drive away. The hosts are there if you need anything in the house across the way but aren’t intrusive. You’re also allowed to walk your dog on their field which was most convenient. Couldn’t fault this place and I’m not an easy person to please.😜 I most definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Couldn't of been happier. Such a lovely quiet place to have a relaxing weekend. The cottage is stunning and impeccably clean (and I'm OCD) and it had absolutely everything we needed inside and out. I also made 2 little mates that greeted me outside a lot.... 2 wee kitty's 😺😁 very friendly. Paul met us outside when we got there and was super friendly and polite! Always at the end of the phone if we needed anything at all which was very comforting as we had never been to holsworthy before. We met his dad too who was also lovely and we had a nice chat. Really nice family and made us feel super super welcome! Would go back in a heartbeat, I didn't want to leave!

The host left us some eggs which was so fresh . She also placed oils and spices for us. I liked the small thoughts she had about the stay. She put a lot of thought while she prepared the rooms and tge whole house. The house was so comfortable and we felt just at home

We were met by the owner on arrival who was very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and full of wildlife with fabulous views across the valley. Not far from the little town of Holsworthy but far enough away to feel like you are in the countryside. Ideal spot to go to many great nearby places like Bude, Sandymouth and Duckpool.
