We had a delightful stay at the Haven cottage run by a elderly couple. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. The cottage was impeccably clean, and the balcony offered a pleasant mountain view. The hosts went above and beyond by providing facilities for a comfortable workation both before check-in and after checkout. Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of serving hot drinking water to the room added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this Haven for a memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay—perfect for both families and groups of friends. The property is spacious, which was ideal as we were traveling with two infants who had plenty of room to move around and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for preparing meals, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The location was picturesque perfect and 5 min walking distance from Lovedale bus strand. The property is a kind of British bungalow which is well-maintained. The owner aunty was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay comfortable every time. Overall, our experience at Heath Cote exceeded our expectations, thanks to its charming ambiance, excellent service, and perfect location.

    Aunty and Uncle totally made us feel home at Haven Cottage. They were so friendly and helpful and fullfilled every wish we had. We also got some additional breakfast as Aunty is a great cook, too! Their home, the room and bathroom were very clean and cozy. The balcony offers an amazing view over the town as Haven Cottage is on a small hill. We could have stayed much longer and will be back for sure. Thank you for all the love, help and good talks.. looking forward to meeting you again!
