Cottages in Venice-Lido

Everything. place was perfect, very comfortable and well equipt. modern spacious and very clean..Luca the owner was very hospitable. we had a great time and hope to return soon. thankyou Luca

We found this is the ideal location to stay when visiting Venice. The view of Venice and the channel between Lido and Venice is fantastic, the car ferry from Tronchetta to Lido was delightful, and the commuter boat rides back and forth between Lido and Venice were a highlight of each day. It's just a short walk to the commuter boat terminal. If you like boats and the water this is the place for you. Plus the gorgeous views, decor, and furnishings of the apartment are truly exceptional. We had no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment, property, location and view are all exceptional! Was such a relaxing and welcome experience after the hustle and bustle in the cities! It is easy to walk to everything on Lido island - vaporetto, restaurants, stores and the beach. Venice, as well as the other islands, are easily accessible by vaporetto. The owner is pleasure to deal with and would love to stay there again! I have already recommended the villa to friends who will be back in Venice next year!

Excellent location and wonderful beds and very clean

The location was easy to get to when taking the ferry from Chioggia. Lots of yard space and gated parking for a car or cycling tourists. View from the roof top is really beautiful ( it will be exceptional when the rooftop area is finished and you can have meals from the roof.) Location comfortably sleeps a family of 3 and maybe 2 more with accommodation. It wa nice to be greeted by the owner on arrival, she was very accommodating with our arrival and departure changes.

Air conditioning in every room, nice beds, clean, large kitchen with everything. Is not in the touristic path so you get silence day and night and there are about 3 COOP market stores (like LIDL) nearby. We liked that with the code entry it was like everyone of us had its own entry key so we could go in different directions easy. Is not an apartament for disabled persons because it has a 2 level layout! Thank you for hosting us!

A lovely, newly refurbished apartment in the not so touristy Castello district, perfect for visiting Biennale and experiencing Venice like a local. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with our requests.

The host was very nice, everything was so clean, the location was optimal - very close to where we were working!
