It was the perfect place for spending about a week over Easter while visiting family and friends in Michigan. The peaceful location and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home right away. The guesthouse was beautifully equipped — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable week. The whole experience was completely uncomplicated and pleasant, from arrival to departure. Warm greetings from Germany — my daughter and I would be very happy to return one day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was very spacious and was big enough for everyone to have their own space. Very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. The home also had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

I am not going to lie I was a little standoffish when I pulled up and ascended upon the " chateau" However chateau's not really how I would describe it but I grew up in Detroit and this was very nostalgic for my husband and I, we found it very enduring and it reminded us of our first 1 bd rm apartment how far are we have come in the last 26 years but we both agreed that if we lost it all and had to start back in this place we really never lost anything at all. It was very cozy we enjoyed our stay it was clean and very comfortable a truly authentic Detroit experience. I will also like to comment that the management responded via text any responsible amount of time and was very kind.
