It was fenced in and had a gate. There is a rope swing from the tree the kids enjoyed it. Best part it is only 5 min walk to the beach!!!

The location was awesome! The purpose for the stay was because I had just purchased a home in the local area and so I came to Florida from PA so that I could collect the keys and the closing paperwork and I also decided to bring my friend along and make a little vacation time out of it.

It was a reasonably priced studio. Nice for a short getaway. Thankfully they had elevator as we were on fourth floor. Provided a nice get away without costing an arm and a leg. Every room had ocean view balcony. The house keeper(maid) was extreme helpful. Assisted my husband with the tv and cable after I mistakenly unplugged it. The owner was also helpful.

I liked the cleanliness of the place. Everything was neat and organized. I also liked that there is a backyard with a fence, it came in very handy throughout the weekend even though it rained a lot.

    I like that the property was very quiet and relaxing, and the beach theme was displayed all over the cottage. The little extras that were provided put the icing on the cake for me like the cold bottled waters waiting in the refrigerator on arrival after a hot 4 hr. drive, coffee creamer cups, and filters ready to help me start my day with a cup of Java, and spices ready to be used to prepare our family meals. I felt like I was home.
