Everything was perfect. Beds are comfortable, house was clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied. The hot tub and pool table are nice touches. We enjoyed both. The house a few more really nice touches like a TV’s in every room with subscriptions to all the big streaming networks. Coffee, tea and all the basics in the Kitchen were available. The house was tastefully decorated. Lastly great communication from Dwight. I would stay here again.

Of the 6 places we have stayed in so far during our extended road trip, this one was the best. Some were too crowded, but not here. No problem with neighbors getting the dog excited, pleasantly quiet. 3 of the 6 we couldn't get the TV to work. So on and so forth. When/if we return to Eugene, we will try and book this again. Most of the rest of the places we've stayed, we might give them a pass next time, try something new. We picked it for location (family nearby) and pet friendliness. The fenced yard was great for the dog, and excellent dog park not far away. That was great. Ardyn brought a toy hedgehog for our doggie, and had a blanket over the main sofa to keep dog hairs down. Truly pet friendly. We did our laundry - great! We got the TV working. And we loved the amazing and beautiful shower. The decor was quiet colors, peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed, even including a grinder for coffee beans. Outstanding!!

I absolutely loved this little cottage, everything was exactly like the photos. It had everything that you would need: basic kitchen utensils, spices, pots/pans, bathroom amenities, towels, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and even had a mini fan and blankets in the closet if you needed it. Eve was a phenomenal host and always made us aware if she needed to be on the property to fix some things. The strawberries in the garden were delicious and I enjoyed them. We did not get to stay in the cottage as much as we would have liked to since we were hiking/sightseeing but when we did we loved to spend time outside enjoying the garden. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is interested in this property.
