Cottages in Solvang

Very cute place to stay. Free breakfast at the danish bakery across the street is a plus!!

We liked everything!! The location was perfect. The parking spot was key. We could easily walk into town but were in a location were there was no noise. The kitchen was great for preparing meals for our grandchildren. Eating lunch in the yard was wonderful. Everything was clean and well appointed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alisal Cottages and our looking forward to returning one day soon. Olivia's a great host and she was able to assist us with any questions we had. 5 stars all the way!

The host Bill and Kim were more than Super, Their write up on ABNB did not do them justice, The description on ABNB made it appear they were standoffish but they were anything but. They were very cordial, down to earth and went out of their way to make you feel that you were HOME. The house was keyless so you didn't have to worry about losing them or that the keycard wouldn't work properly. The house was spotless, and they furnished you with some bottled water and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare whatever your palate was. They let us feed and pet the horses with the carrots they gave us. Don't be steered wrong even though the review says you can't pet or feed the horses you can just ask Bill or Kim. And if there is anything else you want just ask.

The light spacious home was quiet, clean, and functional. Sarah and Marko are super accessible and very lovely to work with. Sarah went out of her way to help us with a few things, and we deeply appreciated it!
