Location of the house is fantastic. We loved that is so close to North Beach, Tybee Island Lighthouse and the Marine Science Center. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and it is decorated so cute and 'beachy'. The screened in front porch was a favorite spot every morning to start the day with a cup of coffee and every evening to just wind down from the busy day.

Excellent location. 1st floor unit. Did not have a full ocean view, but it was very easy to load in and out upon arrival departure, versus climbing stairs in the heat, balcony is large with chairs and tables. Unit was clean, and bath towels provided. 1 set per person. The beds are fairly firm, we like firm beds, so I slept well!. The pools were AWESOME! The frog turtle pond on site is super cool. Complex is quiet at night, and the frogs and crickets go crazy! (a lot of "wildlife chirping but room was perfectly quiet!). Excellent location as far as access to north beach, marine center, the pizza place, ice cream shop, (nearby gas station also has coffee, paper products, great deli sandwiches milk eggs), and Captain Dereks dophin adventures is maybe 5-8 minutes. Bring your own beach towels, and USB cords/plugins.

We loved the location because it was close to part of the island near the lighthouse. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. Absolutely no crowding at the beach and we even got to see the dolphins swimming in the evenings. Also, there are 2 pools and a kiddie pool which was great for after going to the beach.

The location to beach was AWESOME! The condo/apt was CLEANEST IVE EVER STAYED IN! It was well taken care of and the view was nice and we loved the swing n extra tall rockers robe able to see over the dunes to see waves on beach.
