They plied me with snacks, helped me do laundry, and gave me lots of ideas and advice. The hot water was very hot, the internet was fast, the bed was comfortable. If you're looking for an friendly place to stay that isn't a gigantic chain-style hotel, this is the spot for you.

It's clean, spacious and has a nice heritage interior. The owner, Sam and the staff were absolutely lovely. They are so warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. They went out of their way to accommodate all our requests, which made us feel really well taken care of. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—the rice noodle soup was delicious and comforting, a perfect start to the cool day. Too bad our room doesn't face the sea due to the 3-pax room, but hopefully we will visit the next round and take the seaview room. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay with great service and a personal touch!

Communication is fairly easy even though we speak different language.
