Their attentiveness added to the overall comfort of our stay. This was a perfect getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience traditional Japanese hospitality in a beautiful setting.

The lounge is also a great place to unwind and fuel after a busy day of sightseeing with the variety of snacks they offer. Would definitely coming back to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.
