Our stay at Mitru Express was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, with a large hot shower that felt great after a long day. The view from the 8th-floor restaurant where breakfast is served was absolutely stunning. A perfect way to start the morning. The value for money is really good, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage for the day after check-out and even printed our bus tickets with a smile, such thoughtful service! Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant, hassle-free stay in the city.

Great accommodation and friendly and competent staff. You're right across the street from the cable car and in one of the safest and most walkable parts of La Paz. The hotel is new and very nice with a decent breakfast offering. Like everywhere in La Paz, there's interminable honking outside during commuting hours but it eventually blends into the background - like crickets in the forest. On a higher floor the noise is minimal due to modern windows with decent insulation. The staff are great and very friendly. No surprise last minute changes or hidden fees. I think this hotel will establish itself as a traveler favorite in La Paz very quickly. Other quick highlights: * Wifi is fast and reliable * Views are great, especially from the breakfast room * Good pharmacy located in the same building * Early check-in was affordable and easy to arrange * Great lavanderia on the same block * 24 hr check-in and security * The room cleaners are fastidious, I don't think I've ever seen a hotel room cleaned this well outside of Japan.

The staff put a lot of heart into everything, the design of every floor is beautiful, and our stay was very, very comfortable.
