Hassan, the organizer, pours his heart and soul into every detail, ensuring everything is perfect. The tents were both luxurious and authentic, and the hospitality was unmatched. We loved the desert hike, stargazing under the clear sky, and an unforgettable ride with Hassan across the dunes — it felt like a true adventure! We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.
