All staff are hospitable, especially the manager. I had a cold after Langtang valley trek. The manager accompanied me to the doctor, and asked the restaurant to prepare a special ginger drink for me. I spent most of the time in the hotel due to sickness. Room was clean. Air conditioning was warm enough. Hot shower was available all the time. Menu of the restaurant was varied and food was delicious. I was able to take a good rest and have good meals during my two-night stay, and thus was able to continue my trip to Bhaktapur. Laundry was cheap. Glad that my dusty hiking pants became super clean after the laundry. Location is excellent. There are many shops, money exchanges, restaurants etc nearby. Highly recommend this hotel, especially to trekkers after trekking!

The location is superb, in the heart of Thamel and meanwhile calm. Everyone in the staff was so kind and accommodating. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in. The breakfast buffet had delicious variety and the rooftop swimming pool was refreshing and with nice views. I highly appreciate that they had the luggage storage which saved me a lot of hassle moving around with a heavy suitcase after shopping in Thamel :) Thank you a million 🙏🤩✨

The roof top restaurant was absolutely a highlight of this lovely boutique hotel, just loved the sunset so much that I’ve almost spent every evening there. The owner couples were very thoughtful treated me like a family. All staff were friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed all of my experiences there totally.

Staff, food, room and the place overall more than perfect! Very cosy, close to the lake, clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and professional and makes you feel home or like you are in your own castle :) I will stay here again in my future visits for sure!

The charming Karma Hotel Nepal offers homely accommodations with private bathrooms in Kathmandu. We had a wonderful stay here! On our journey from India to Kathmandu we both got food poisoning & upon arrival at the hotel the staff did everything they could to help us. We felt very looked after & this continued for the duration of our stay. The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of Thamel, close to everything. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean & breakfast was good, especially the coffee. But for us, the staff were the highlight. We have been travelling for almost 2 years & they are up there with the best we've ever encountered. We felt so welcome - thank you for having us!
