Location was perfect, near all the interesting places to visit and in a lively neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, I could also see that they take great pride in their hotel, in the quality of service they provide, and in making every guest feel welcome. I don't often write five-star reviews, but Grand Hotel Bethlehem earns one easily.
The Mexican restaurant is also very good. As a Texan, I'm skeptical of Mexican food on the other side of the Atlantic. I've been burned many times before. But this was great. I went in with no expectations, and then later went back a second time. Best food I've had this whole trip.

Our room was clean, with comfortable twin beds which could be pushed together. The appointments are simple, with a closet, desk and chair, bedside tables with lamps, a TV with good internet access. The bathroom was clean and functional with a sink and cabin style shower, toilet and bidet.

I have stayed here in the past and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. I also loved that they had a treadmill it’s not easy to find a hotel with a gym in this area
