We had an exceptional wonderful stay at Umurobyio Lodge. It's the perfect place to unwind and immerse oneself in the beautiful nature of Rwanda. The Lodge offers everything one would need for an unforgettable holiday.The scenic views from all angles over Lake Kivu are breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive, always helpful and friendly, catering to our needs with a warm smile. The hospitality of the owners and the whole team made us feel truly welcome. The food was a highlight - fresh, delicious, and healthy, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.  Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony offering a fantastic view over the lake.  We had a wonderful experience and we can only recommend the Lodge for a perfect holiday.

Homely cottage feeling , outside window botanical garden flowers in bloom. The staff is welcoming and attentive . Felt safe and protected Had good night sleep The room is cleaned daily. Nice breakfast served in your room if needed On leaving early morning, breakfast was prepared for me to take on my forward journey .

Akagera Park Inn has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Akagera. This 3-star hotel offers room service and dry cleaning services. I cannot even express the gratitude I have for people and this place! They went above and beyond, do not hesitate to stay here, dont bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to stay, the rooms are immaculate, they washed our clothes, prepared our food which tasted phenomenal, I dream about the tilapia! They went all out for my husbands birthday, arranged for halal meat! Wow! Couldn't believe it! Best hotel ive ever stayed in, truly and I have travelled the world, they even organised our tour for the national park, exceptional! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart!

Located in Kagano, 26 miles from Nyungwe Forest National Park, Eben Lake Kivu cottages and Villas provides accommodations with a garden and free private parking. The hotel features family rooms. First off, this hotel is a hidden gem. Our tour company recommended their own suggestions and we were not pleased with them so we did our own research and I found this place. Wow! First off, it’s beautifully located right on Lake Kivu and is so relaxed and feels very safe with their own security. The room is beautiful, spacious, and has a great bathroom and patio. Moreover, the staff was outstanding and so attentive and communicative. And the food was outstanding on property. Breakfast is included so make sure to enjoy it. We also loved our dinner.

Located in Ruhondo, 31 miles from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Ruhondo Island Retreat has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Alphonsine and Alexis are very friendly and interesting owners sharing their little paradise. Tents are a perfect mix between adventure and luxury providing hot enclosed shower, comfortable beds with mosquitoes nests and a private hidden terrace to chill. Surroundings are peaceful and authentic. Jean d'Amour tours and hikes are very professionnaly driven and remain one of our best expérience in whole Rwanda. Cant recommend this place enough !

Akagera Ihema lodges has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Akagera. The property has room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. At the hotel, all rooms include a closet. Gorgeous property, sweeping vistas, newly decorated, large contemporary rooms. Wonderful proximity to the park. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Large window in the shower has views of the lake. You can see Tanzania in the distance! Great restaurant with beautiful views from the terrace. Five star location. Don’t hesitate to book. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Located in Kigali, 2.9 miles from Kigali Centenary Park, Villa Asimba provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and cozy. However, the real gem was the host, Isabel, who was very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
