The location of the hotel in the city center was great, the reception staff were very kind and welcoming and quick to respond to any request, breakfast was good , The breakfast was good and the staff there were very friendly and tried to serve us exceptionally, especially a waiter named (Akeel) I hope I wrote his name correctly.

I had never stayed in this part of Pilsen before, but I would do so again. The price for a stay with breakfast was unbeatable and the room I had was big enough for me, it was quiet (I slept really well) and the people working there that I met at breakfast this morning was very friendly and didn't laugh too much at my attempts to speak Czech.

This luxurious hotel is ideally located in the very center of Plzen, next to the main Námìstí Republiky Square. Hotel Rous offers free Wi-Fi and beautiful views of the Old Town.

Everything! Very friendly staff! Perfect location! Great room with views, we stayed in room 34 and it was a 2 story room, very neat! Also, a wonderful breakfast and very accommodating staff!

This place is so beautiful we truly felt we were staying in a special hotel. It is close to everything, good restaurants, the town square, transportation. The staff was very friendly, helpful and everyone spoke English well. Breakfast was awesome, lots of new local stuff to try. Our room was amazing and although we never saw housekeeping, we could always tell they had been there taking care of us. The hotel fronts a park that is nice for a stroll or to people watch. We really enjoyed this lovely historic hotel.
