SPECTACULAR hotel in every way! Sparkling water available at registration, beautiful lounge/ restaurant area as soon as you walk in, gorgeous flower arrangements, comfortable, interesting seating and decorations. A popular outdoor area along the Rhine River. Modern , clean room and bathroom with robes and comfortable bed and bedding. Great breakfast ! Great small bites for dinner and a good wine selection . I’m a hiker.. there was a path along the Rhine River right from the hotel to the Wald Park.. a huge forested park! The staff was so welcoming and always answered my request with a “ yes”! This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. And I travel a lot. Hated to leave!

They really go all out trying to please their guests. Our room was quiet and wonderful all around. The breakfast provided impressive choice and the quality of the food was outstanding. They offer free welcome drinks. It was so good there that we decided to extend our stay there.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Attention to the small details add charm, comfort, and value. One of the cleanest and most relaxed stays we’ve had in the past year. Breakfast is definitely a standout! Location is in a peaceful quiet area yet an easy short 10-15 minute walk to the old part of Heidelberg. Communication with property manager was thorough and efficient. Parking is limited but the staff will absolutely do all they can to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We highly recommend this as a must stay!!!
