At the Roseate, there is no lift, instead a series of interwoven staircases, which will bait your curiosity. Fear not as the staff will happily assist you to get your luggage to your room and no matter which side of the building you reside you will be rewarded with a view of the Bath skyline and gardens. The locations is also to be celebrated. The Roman baths are a 10 minute walk via the Pulteney bridge. Back at the villa, food and drink can be found at the on-site restaurant.

The guest house is lovely and Monica is absolutely kind and friendly. She cooks some great breakfast every morning and offers several options to choose from. It’s just two minutes from the Royal Crescent and about 8 from the center.

First of all, as and B&B The Bath House Boutique B&B provided all the comfort and more one can expect from the hotel. Its cosy, very attentive staff and large room wirh clean bathroom. We recomended to everybody.
