Boutique Hotels in Split

The hotel was comfortable and and the view from the restart terrace was lovely. The breakfast spread was excellent.

A super cozy hotel in the heart of old town. I felt not well during the check in, but the staff was very welcoming, they carried our luggage and we were offered glass of prosecco. Annex is a separate building surrounded by restaurants, I enjoyed the location. We had a small room, but facilities were good.

Clean , very big room and perfect view .. breackfast complete with everything . Perfect stay

The friendly staff. We arrived quite early due to an early flight, but could check in at 9.30. Thanks Nice pool Good breakfast Parking space Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the ⛵ sea and 30 minutes to the town center

The apartment is amazing! It is spacious, fully equipped and warm! Very comfortable bed, and large and well-designed spaces. It was also spotless clean. The location is quiet, but very central and all interesting spots are in short walking distance. Finally, the owners were kind, flexible and very responsive. The parking spot is a plus! Definitely recommended!

Everything was just fine! Room with jacuzzi was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Location inside the Diocletian Palace was great!

Everything was perfect! The room was very beautiful, spacious, in great location. The best thing about the room was Toni, with his politness, professionalism, hospitality made us feel more than welcome. Special thanks to his wife about the perfect cleanliness of the room. I recommend it 100%.

Great location, friendly staff!

Location is perfect. Everything is clean.

This amazing place is very close to St. Domnius cathedral and everything else. It has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay in Split. Very clean and comfy (Beds are amazing and i had the best sleep in a long time). Host is so welcoming and sweet and i felt free to make coffe and tea. We had 100% privacy. Will be coming again for sure!! You will not make a mistake by coming to this place.

Breakfast was included at a restaurant a couple of blocks away. It was great! There was a selection of choices. The suite is beautiful and centrally located. It is one bedroom and a large living room area, which was very useful when we were suffering from jet lag! It has a small kitchen with a little fridge. The shower was one of the best and lots of hot water! The pictures are a true representation of the beautiful architecture and history of the building.

The location is amazing and the view from the terrace is incredible. The communal kitchen on the terrace is brilliant.

Beautiful living and amazing view on the main attraction of Split

My flight was overbooked meaning I couldn’t arrive until a day later than planned. Negri was so lovely and accommodating in changing my booking last minute. After such a stressful travel day it was lovely to arrive to a beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of the old town. Even though it was in a busy area, when the windows and shutters were closed, I couldn’t hear a thing from outside.

Amazing and historic location. Right inside the Palace. Convenient for all historical sights and bars and cafes. Loved it!

cozy lovely room with brick that is over 1700 years old. Amazing experience, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. if you want a different experience, like staying in an old town where there was an emperor Palace, do this!
