we came back for NYE after visiting this place last summer. The host was exceptional, greeted us at a late hour for a personal check in. Late check out was also provided. The rooms are very spacious, the views breathtaking. This place is a true gem- definitely coming back in summer :-)

The room was nice and tidy, with a very fresh bathroom. It has everything you need including a small fridge to store drinks in. We were incredibly happy with the level of service by the staff. They are very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Location was great - just a couple minutes by foot until you reach the busy streets of the Diocletianus Palace and a few more to the Riva beach promenade.

The location is within magnificent Old Town Split. We were in awe when Palm Sunday rituals occurred right beneath our window. There was an open air Sunday mass, the clergy were heading the procession and catholics laid down their olive branches. Open the apertment's window and you directly face a Roman palace ruin. Apartment is clean, super comfortable with all amenities. One thing, the church bells ring at 6.00am and they are LOUD. So only stay there if you are a morning person or you can sleep through the bells.
