It was a really lovely surprise. We arrived early to store our luggage but we were given our rooms and an upgrade which was unexpected - thank you so much, it made our visit even more special. We loved our one night stay and look forward to returning to the hotel again. We came by car so we really appreciated the parking possibility at the hotel. The staff were lovely and so helpful - we also loved the fact that one of the owners (we recognized him from the site) was inspecting a lot and talking to his staff, that shows how much love and care goes into this family business. Everything was impeccable and spotless. The restaurant was lovely too with wonderful staff and as I was craving for cutlet a la Milanaise (with the bone), I was very happy to see it on the menu! It was delicious!

I really liked the room — perfect size for one person or a couple (medium size people😅). The room and the bathroom were very clean. I was scared of cold night and asked Nicolo for another blanket. He brought super clean blanket in a packaging from a cleaner. It made me think that the hosts seriously take care of sanitary issues. Nicolo is very nice host and happy to make your stay comfortable as much as possible. The location is good for those looking for quite place. It is very close to the subway and bus stops. It takes about 15 min to reach Duomo area.

It was also close to the subway (about 5 min walk), which made it easy to get around.
