There were a lot of things to do within the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful/ welcoming! The hotel bar/restaurant has an AMAZING happy hour! we booked for one night and ended up extending our stay and extra night!

Enjoyed this stay although I was charged with extra resort fees and shuttle not previously being made aware of it. 'Free' shuttle to and from the airport was handy though so do use it as you will be charged for it anyway. Would stay again.

But the signage in the casinos was very confusing and had us walking in circles. we had to ask someone how to leave the property so that we could walk around Reno. We had a lovely meal in La Strada Restaurant in the Eldorado Casino. The staff were very personable. We also had a lovely breakfast, but I cannot remember the name of it.
