The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. Great location within walking distance of everything. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, with a great turndown service. The staff were lovely, making us feel very welcome especially reception staff. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options to choose from each day - one piece of advice though is that they need to let guests know on their first morning that the entire breakfast including tea/coffee is self service - not a showstopper but I did note it happening to others too.

Built in mid-18th century, the Hotel D'allèves offers a quiet location in the centre of Geneva. It is only 5 minutes' walk from the train station and 100 meters from Lake Geneva. The breakfast was a pleasure, personalized service, not the typical buffet style. The staff was very friendly and always offering help.

Hið einstaka hótel Hôtel Les Armures er til húsa í byggingu frá 17. Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.

Hotel Rousseau var algjörlega enduruppgert árið 2015 og er til húsa í sögulegri byggingu í miðbæ Genfar, aðeins 200 metrum frá Genfarvatni, 300 metrum frá Cornavin-lestarstöðinni og við hliðina á... Mjög vel staðsett. Herbergið rúmgott og rúmið þægilegt.

Renovated in September 2014, Auberge Communale de Carouge occupies a historic building in the centre of Carouge, 4 km from the centre of Geneva. It offers a restaurant and free WiFi access. Close to the city centre, tram stop right in front of the door, beautiful old building, great breakfast! No AC, but very good fan, it was enough even that outside temperature was 30 C.

Opened in March 2014, Lake Geneva Hotel in Versoix is set on the lake shore and features a restaurant serving traditional and seasonal cuisine, as well as free WiFi access. Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Exceptionally clean, hot shower with great water pressure. Friendly staff and a resident cat! Train station is literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel. The free travel pass allows you to be in the centre of Geneva in 15mins. Trains come every 15mins and you are able to get the return journey until at least midnight. Perfect and exactly what we wanted.

Breakfast is very good. The location is excellent., not far from the downtown of Geneve and The Palace of Nations. The room is clean and of proper size.
